We offer a risk free 30-day money back guarantee for you to return the product and request a refund. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Within this 30-day period after receiving the item you are able to return the product and request a refund for any reason you deem necessary. You can start this process by reaching out to us through our Contact Us page or at hello@nimblnest.com. Once the 30-day period has passed then we will only offer refunds, returns, and replacements for damaged items that are approved. Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES:

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours as we usually ship out within 1-2 business days. To cancel your order or change your address, please send us an email within 24 hours, and we will cancel the order or change the details and issue you a full refund. If you request cancellation after 24 hours, you'll need to return the item to receive a full refund. You will receive a refund email and see a statement on your bank account within 1-3 business days.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Once your return is confirmed you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. No refunds will be issued for delayed or longer-than-expected shipping as this is an issue that is not controllable on our end.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us through our Contact Us page or at hello@nimblnest.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REPLACEMENTS:

To be eligible for a replacement for a damaged product, you must reach out to us within the 30-day free trial. Once your damaged product is received we will ship the replacement product to you. If you reach out after the 30-day free trial for a replacement then we will require a video of the damaged product and then proceed with a replacement approval process. If your replacement is approved then we will ship your replacement after the damaged product is received and inspected. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Please ensure that your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input error may result in you not receiving your product(s). We won't be responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect delivery address. Once you confirm that you put in the correct delivery address please reach out to us through our Contact Us page or at hello@nimblnest.com and we can work to issue you a refund or send you a replacement product once your issue is confirmed and approved.

SHIPPING:

We utilize the address provided in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal for shipping, so please ensure that the information is accurate. If an order is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning any item. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for a replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
